Over the past 10 years we have worked with a broad range of amateur, semi-professional and professional athletes covering the whole suite of power, strength & endurance orientated sports.

Example sports include: MMA, Football, Strongman, Powerlifting, Triathlon, CrossFit and Athletics.
Strength is the mother of all athletic qualities but we look beyond that at WHS with a highly rounded approach to athletic development at WHS.

We evaluate and focus on any area of athletic development we determine is holding you back:
  • Specific predictor lifts in the weight room which have the most carryover for your sport
  • Assessments to identify faulty movement patterns which correlate with injury risk
  • Access to advanced recovery methods to increase your ability to train (infra-red sauna, hyperbaric chamber, frequency specific microcurrent)
  • Mindset enhancement: a highly undervalued area not typically served by most training facilities.
