We will undertake a full 1 hour long assessment to identify any immediate areas we need to be aware of when designing your training program.
Unlimited Personal Training
Unlimited semi-private personal training sessions under the watchful eye of a WHS coach.
A weekly consult with your assigned coach to discuss how your training, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset can be optimised for your specific goals.
Recovery & Rehabilitation
Unlimited access to all of our health services at WHS which includes our infra-red sauna, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, red light therapy and frequency specific microcurrent.
What would a typical week look like?
Your goal should be to train 3-4 times a week for the 30 day period. Any more is a bonus but can also depend on your recovery capability.
Book in with your assigned coach weekly for 30 minutes to discuss results and lifestyle change recommendations.
This depends on the option and your available time. You don’t need to use them at the maximum dosage to receive benefits:
- Infrared Sauna: 1-5 times a week for 15-20 minutes
- Red Light Therapy: 1-7 times a week for 15-20 minutes
- Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber: Once a week for 45-60 minutes
- Frequency Specific Microcurrent: Unlimited as there is no drawback on this treatment modality. Each treatment takes 30-60 minutes depending on the protocol and protocols can be run back to back.
